What the FAQ?

question-mark(273x400)

Let me guess: You work in IT in a large enterprise organization and have some responsibility for web browsers in your organization. If not, then you probably work for a systems integrator whose customers are large enterprises (with browser challenges). Why else would you be here reading this post on the Browsium website? After all, we only do one thing – help large enterprise manage and secure their web browsers, to ease OS and browser migrations, to manage and secure Java, and to deliver sanity and IT control to multi-browser environments.

We speak to people just like you every day. Yes, you’re all unique, with varying career backgrounds and even unique web applications and network setups. But you know what? You all share a lot in common too. You share a common interest in enterprise browser management solutions and you share common questions about how we can solve these for you. That’s why we’ve invested in creating a few databases of common questions (and answers) to help you quickly find what you’re looking for.

Our common question resources are divided into four separate databases – pivoted by product (Ion and Catalyst) and by general pre-sales (FAQs) and technical implementation (Knowledge Base).

You can read through these or use the search function. If you don’t find what you need, leave a comment here or email Browsium Sales or Browsium Support and we’ll take great care of you.
