Matt founded Browsium, Inc. after spending several years working with Microsoft customers on Internet Explorer. There he recognized the need for browser-related tools and solutions which enable business customers to more effectively manage their browser environments. He started his work with Microsoft during the release of IE6 on Windows XP SP2, and has gained extensive knowledge of Internet Explorer as well as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera. Matt has also served as the Vice President of Operations for Overture Services, Inc. (now Yahoo! Search Marketing) overseeing the creation and execution of all technology systems, as well as defining technology standards for worldwide operations. Additionally, Matt provided operational technology evaluations for numerous M&A transactions. Matt has also served as Director of Information Technology for Network Solutions and Manager of Information Services for Booz Allen & Hamilton.
Gary brings to Browsium a passion for technology and 14 years’ experience at Microsoft in the Windows division as director of various product management and marketing teams. For four of those years, he headed up the product management team for Internet Explorer, defining and launching IE 7 and seeing the business through the Windows XP security crisis. His other duties at Microsoft included strategic leadership roles in Windows Server, Windows Media, and the Windows 7 hardware ecosystem, where he became an expert in hardware and software compatibility and operating system migration. Gary’s love of technology spans a career of over 20 years creating and launching technology products and businesses at Microsoft and Apple, with a few technology startups mixed in to give him an added entrepreneurial spirit.
Scott brings over 25 years of national and global IT sales and service experience to Browsium. He helps customers identify their browser management needs, define optimum solutions, and reach deployment supported with the best mix of Browsium software products and support services. Scott’s ultimate goal is to help customers maximize the benefits of their current infrastructure while migrating to new technologies. He has worked extensive with a variety of organizations — from State/Local Governments to the Global 500 – managing sales and consulting teams focused on delivering IT solutions.
With extensive professional services expertise, Kirk leads customer teams through Browsium product evaluation, orientation, and deployment ensuring maximum results are achieved while setting these enterprises on a path toward a long-term browser management strategy. Before joining Browsium, Kirk spent more than 20 years in IT services managing service delivery teams. He was the Managing Director of Professional Services at Vanstar/Inacom and was also Founder/President of Concordant Inc. Kirk also spent 3 years with the Microsoft Enterprise Sales Team managing strategic global and local partner relationships.
Brandon manages the Browsium Consulting Services and Support Team as they provide onsite and remote application assessments and application remediation services. This includes maintaining Service Level Agreement with all Browsium customers. Brandon’s 13 years of hands-on experience managing internal IT network teams and working with Windows desktops and servers make him a valuable resource. In addition, Brandon has extensive experience deploying and supporting a wide range of applications and services in a corporate environment, along with 2 years working exclusively with Browsium to remediate applications using Browsium Ion.
Anna brings to Browsium leadership in finance, information technology, accounting, process improvement, system implementation and general business management. She has thrived working in several fast paced start-up companies with and her ability to cover many functions including accounting, book-keeping, project management, and human resources. Her positive can-do attitude is contagious.
Jason “JMac” brings a rare and very strong mix of technical and managerial skills to Browsium as technical advisor and acting development manager. He has most recently served as a senior engineering manager for a Fortune 100 company and he has experience as a software architect and a database expert operating for years at the cutting edge of social computing, mobile services, and online community research. During his career, Jason has filed over a dozen patents as inventor and has launched several initiatives for top technology companies. He has also held development and management positions at Amazon, Microsoft, Muze and Loudeye.
David, “Hos” to those who know him well, brings great insight to Browsium with his depth of technical knowledge and business savvy. He has experience as a CTO building and leading global teams, along with 11+ years as Group Program Manager at Microsoft. When you pair this with his time as Senior Vice President at Loudeye Corporation and as an entrepreneur in digital marketing and big data platform endeavors, and it’s easy to see how David contributes significantly to Browsium’s vision and direction.
