Browsium Ion is available via a perpetual license, with a Base License Fee plus a Per-Seat License Fee, calculated via the number of Windows PCs (or instances of Windows in a VDI environment) that run the Ion software. For multi-user terminal servers, Ion is licensed for the total number of users on the system. Software updates are available to licensees who purchase a yearly Maintenance & Support agreement.

Browsium offers three tiers of Maintenance & Support agreement, depending on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) required. The support tiers are:

  • Platinum Maintenance & Support – Available 7 days/week, 24 hours/day, 4-hour “severe issue” response
  • Gold Maintenance & Support – Available 5 days/week, 24 hours/day, 24-hour “severe issue” response
  • Silver Maintenance & Support – Available 5 days/week, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Pacific Time, 72-hour “severe issue” response

Browsium also offers professional services for remediation and deployment to ensure a successful implementation of Browsium Ion software in your environment. The Browsium JumpStart Program is a turnkey solution to “jumpstart” your browser and operating system migration project through complete remediation and deployment of Ion for the web application of your choosing.
