The amount of data a client sends to the server is dependent on the browsing activity of that user and Data Push Interval, set in the Configuration page of Proton Manager. Assuming 1 activity (new URL or link clicked) per minute, and a 1 hour Data Push Interval, each client would send approximately 40KB/hour to the server.
